Small Chrysoprase Heart Carving (Hand Carved)

This Chrysoprase heart was carved in house here at Showme Rocks & Jewelry. This stone is popular due to the vibrant apple-green, blueish color. It weighs under 5 grams, about .5 inch x .5 inch x .25 inch. Translucent to opaque, sometimes milky appearance due to the nickel content. This stone is sourced from Australia. Sometimes referred to as "Australian Jade". Chrysoprase is considered more valuable than other varieties of chalcedony.
