Botswana Agate Tumbled Cabochon

This Botswana Agate polished specimen features dark reddish brown and dark gray agate with white banding. Spots of parallax or shadow effect. Weighs 10 grams, 1.4" x 1" x .25". Found almost exclusively in Botswana, Africa, these semiprecious gems form in small nodules within volcanic rock. Botswana Agates are about 140 to 180 million years old.
